what we do!
NABA sponsors a local food drive every fall. All donations are brought to Karen's Food Pantry located at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Niagara. The School District of Niagara holds a contest for each grade 4K-12. Elementary, Jr High, and High School compete to collect the most items. Each of the winning three goups receive a Pizza Party provided by NABA. This drive brings in over a thousand items each year!
If you only do one outdoor activity during the winter this should be it! Join us for our Annual Candlelight Snowshoe and Ski Event at the Niagara Riverside Trails on Saturday, February 4th, 2023! The Niagara Area Business Association (NABA) is hosting their eighth annual candlelight snowshoe and ski event at the Niagara Riverside Trails in Niagara, WI. The event starts at 5:45pm for skiers and 6:15pm for snowshoers on Saturday, February 4, 2023 and features over 500 candlelit luminaries along a 1.5 mile loop in the woods. Participants will enjoy a bonfire, chili and hotdogs, and a fun time for the entire family. Snowshoes or skis are not necessary for the event—winter boots work well. This will be our eighth year and we are looking forward to a huge turnout. If you haven’t been to something like this, it is a unique experience you don’t want to miss out on. We have people travelling from 4 hours away to take in the beautiful trails lit by over 500 candles. It truly is breathtaking. Registration will be available online on Active.com. There is a printable registration form below. Save money and time by pre-registering for only $10 per person. Event day registration is $15 per person. All proceeds stay local and will go towards maintenance for the Niagara Riverside Trails and to local charitable organizations.
